Our team of highly qualified assessors carry out Energy Assessments for both domestic and non domestic properties that include both the building’s energy consumption and its carbon emission levels. Every property available to buy or rent must have an Energy performance Certificate (EPC).
We can also provide an advisory report that provides expert guidance on how to help improve the buildings overall energy performance, cut your energy bills and save you money.
We can arrange all forms of energy audits throughout the UK, ranging from a simple Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) to the more complex Simplified Building Energy Model (SBEM) – whatever your requirements, we can help.
Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP)
A Building Regulations requirement for all new houses, conversions and some extensions, SAP is a measure of the property’s energy efficiency.
Low Carbon consultancy
