On Site Acoustic Testing & reporting

Wherever you are in the UK and no matter the size of the property, we aim to get to your site within two working days. We can advise on the required number of tests needed to satisfy the legal requirements of the sound proofing building regs and your Building Control Officer and we can also liaise with them if required, to ensure your property is signed off as quickly as possible.

Quick results to meet your deadlines

We will aim to provide a formal report and certificates one working day after testing has been carried out. Multiple sound testing reports are issued to allow you to pass on copies to all relevant parties, helping to meet those all important completion deadlines.

What if my property fails the tests?

If your property fails the tests, we’ll provide expert advice on how to rectify the issue(s) concerned, such as fitting sound proof plasterboard or other similar acoustic insulation. After improvements have been made, we can then carry out further tests to confirm that our recommendations have been successful.
